So many people have been looking for something to engage on, which does not involve much capital to start. I tell you event planning is one of them.

Event planning is one of those lucrative businesses one can start. What makes this business so lucrative is that there will always be events like wedding ceremony, birthday ceremony and others and it involves no or less capital.
It’s only to identify those who wants to walk down the aisle that is wed or those who wants to celebrate something maybe birthday, and so on.

Reach out to them, convince them that you can take care of the organizing of their event for them for a fee. That’s just how you start. This days some people are too busy that they can’t sit down to plan their own event, they are too occupied with their business, they would rather prefer to hire an event planner to do the job. Lucky you!

When you are given the contract, try to do a nice job, because it will land you more contracts, a good work speaks for itself. Family, friends of that person will be contacting you for your services. By then you will be a good to go planner.

Becoming an event planner does not require university degree or technical or much skill. It’s just acquiring some basic skills, start attending events planned by other planners. Your aim is to see how it is organized, then start that way and acquire other knowledge when you might have been established.
